Dr. Thomas S.Y. Hooi, a renowned educator, holds a BA (Hons) in Education from the Science University of Malaysia and a Doctorate in Business Administration from International American University, Los Angeles. Recognized as a Professor in Education in 2018, he has pioneered accelerated learning programs such as Thinking Skills, Speed Reading, and Photographic Memory. Dr. Hooi has led over 60 seminars for educators, students, and professionals, empowering thousands with innovative thinking and self-enhancement skills. He also trains corporate teams through the Power Learn series and has spoken at key events like the National Young Entrepreneurs Seminar.
Ms. Sathiavathy Sathiavan, a graduate of the University of Madras with a Bachelor’s in English and French Literature and a Master’s in Educational Management, is an experienced Cambridge English Language teacher with nearly 30 years in education and training. She has lectured at Wawasan Open University and developed tailored English and communication courses for organizations such as MIDA, Aeon Big, Sunway Group, and Teleperformance. With a Train-the-Trainer certification, she focuses on equipping trainees to become independent and valued professionals within their organizations.
Ms. Janet Teng is an accomplished professional with an MBA from Open University Malaysia (OUM) and over 15 years of experience in education and HR consulting. Since 2007, she has been dedicated to tutoring primary and secondary students, earning a nomination for the Malaysian Influential Educators Award in 2022. In addition to her educational expertise, Janet is a skilled HR-KPI consultant, helping businesses improve employee retention, performance, and overall productivity. By aligning strategies with company objectives, she drives sustainable success.
