此培训计划是由马来西亚餐饮与酒店服务业公会、DHS Hospitality Academy Sdn. Bhd 和 UPM Education & Training, USAINS 联办。
DHS Hospitality Academy Sdn. Bhd. 是一家位于马来西亚的餐饮服务行业职业培训机构，专门为有志于在马来西亚和海外餐饮服务行业寻求就业的个人提供职业培训、再培训和职业规划方案。DHS 和 UPMET 的配合， 让学生获得真正的餐饮服务技能和文凭认证。
餐饮服务实习计划旨在让学生在餐饮服务行业进行实习。该计划是一种以实践为基础的计划，学生进行 30%
的理论培训和 70%的实践培训。该计划的对象为 18 至 30 岁的年轻人，他们目前处于失业状态，希望在餐饮服务行业寻求实习和职业发展。该计划的认证来自 UPM EDUCATION & TRAINING, USAINS因为 DHS 是 他们的智能合作伙伴。
This training program is jointly organized by the Malaysia Association of Hotels and Restaurants, DHS Hospitality Academy Sdn. Bhd., UPM Education & Training or USAINS.
DHS Hospitality Academy Sdn. Bhd. is a professional vocational training institution in the food and beverage industry located in Malaysia, providing vocational training, retraining, and career planning for individuals who aspire to seek employment in the food and beverage industry in Malaysia and overseas.
The cooperation between DHS and UPMET allows students to acquire authentic food and beverage service skills and diploma certification.
The food and beverage service internship program aims to provide students with internship opportunities in the food and beverage industry. The program is practice-oriented, with 30% of theoretical training and 70% of practical training. The program is designed for young people aged 18 to 30 who are currently unemployed and wish to seek internships and career development in the food and beverage industry. The certification for this program comes from UPM EDUCATION & TRAINING OR USAINS as DHS is an intelligent partner of them.
本计划的结构如何安排：
该计划分为三个部分，学生在第一个月内将参加两个部分，内容包括以下内容：
- 课程模块
- 餐饮工作技能
- 专业发展
- 餐饮沟通技巧
- 了解餐饮服务业
- 安全和保障
- 实践技能培训
第二个部分是在新加坡进行为期六个月的实习
How is the program structured?
The program is structured in three segment’s namely the student’s would undergo two segment’s in the 1st month where they would cover the following;
- Course of Study Modules
- FoodService Work Skills
- ProfessionalDevelopment
- FoodService Communicative Skills
- Understandingthe Food Service Industry
- Safety& Security
- Handson Training Skills
The 2nd segment would be the 6 Months Industrial Attachment in Singapore.
